Schilt Management Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated construction management firm that has served our clients with personal attention and construction expertise for over two decades. We’re small enough that our president and CEO, Rodney Schilt, personally guarantees the quality of our work. At the same time, we’re large enough to perform as well or better than larger firms.

What do we do?

Our business model is centered around treating our clients right. That’s how we’re built on repeat clients and their referrals.
